3. File Metadata Signatures

We analyze EXIF, XMP, and PNG text chunks for prompt metadata, software headers, and generation parameters left by Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and DALL-E.

No. A missing watermark simply means supported detection signatures were not found. Watermarks can be stripped through compression, re-encoding, taking screenshots, or paraphrasing.
